We allow 28 days for manufacture and delivery on all items. Bespoke items may take upto 60 days due to additional outside processes.

Stock items and Bee’s are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days.

On Bespoke orders we require 50% non-refundable deposit. This is because of the high cost of precious metals and gemstones. This may be adjusted to 75% on a case-by-case basis.

All items must be paid for in full before dispatch. Items will not be dispatched from our workshops until payment has been received. This includes bespoke items, re-worked items and stock items.

Items may be sent to different premises to perform outside processes such as Hallmarking, Engraving, Setting, etc.

Any items left unpaid for and unclaimed for 6 months will be disposed of by the company in whatever way it deems appropriate
